“Such an awesome workshop - very informative and such a calm welcoming space. Today was in a way therapeutic, a chance to really look at how we position ourselves in family/friends/work. 10/10 – recommend highly! Thank you”.

Transformational skills empower on three levels:

1.      Personally (“Me”) – Improved ability to thrive in your role as you integrate self-care and stress resilience practices into your daily life, avoiding fatigue and burnout. You discover more meaning and fulfilment in your role.

2.      Professionally (“We”) – By laying a foundation of new healthy habits that support your core values and all four dimensions of Hauora. Learning new conscious communication skills, you cultivate improved client/student care and growth.

3.      Organisationally (“Us”) – With renewed engagement in your work and connection to your colleagues, you work together to deliver more sustainable, mindful and effective delivery of care and services throughout and in the aftermath of Covid-19.

Schedule

Koru Rise programme length typically ranges from 1-4 days and can be customised to meet each organisation’s specific needs. Ideally it starts with an appreciative inquiry session with organisation managers.

The programme is not just a one-time programme ‘retreat’, rather it serves to empower front-line service providers (and those that lead them) to create new healthy practices that support their wellbeing for life.

It is a transformational experience, driving lasting change through self-sustaining practices and solutions. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs or if you’d like to be emailed a brochure which details the 8-module programme schedule.

“The Greenlight Foundations mahi of delivering high quality professional development and wellbeing workshops to wide array of communities and groups is something I believe is of great importance, and during times will be especially helpful for those in helping professions - to create and environment where social workers can not only survive, but thrive, there must be support out there for us to learn from the wisdom that people such as Trish and Lisa are providing. This solid foundation will allow us to come together, collaborate, and strengthen the resilience and wellbeing of the wider community”.

Josephine Siggaard, Masters of Social Work Internship
